and alignments at the time of birth serve to imprint us with specific 'potentialities
' which may or may not be ultimately achieved by the individual. Such potentialities do not necessarily determine one's overall destiny, for there is always a degree of personal free-will involved. Herein lies the source of confusion
that has been created by popularized astrology. Our individual charts alone
do not specifically indicate a set-in-stone destiny over which we have no
control. Rather it sets the stage for the personality to overcome the conditioning
of the psyche, which has indeed been influenced by genetics as well
as social, familial and environmental imprinting. The individual birth chart
is more than just a static blueprint of our birth, but serves to continually
reflect the changes and evolution of the personality throughout the entire life
span. It demonstrates the continual struggle between the Inner Self,
or Psyche, and the experiential circumstances manifested by the Personality. As an astrologist geared towards the psychology of Astrology, I am interested in helping individuals to understand and gain insights into the Inner workings of the Soul -to
interpret the potentials as well as the inherent weaknesses, as symbolized by the hidden codes of the birth chart, rather
than to predict what WILL or MUST occur. I
